Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make sure that your experience is as smooth as possible. Please read our shipping policy below:

  • Shipping Location: We currently only offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the UAE at this time.

  • Shipping Process: All orders placed within the UAE will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order. For any questions or concerns regarding shipping costs, feel free to contact our support team.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UAE, but we aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 business days after dispatch. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • No International Shipping: At this moment, we do not ship internationally. We are working to expand our reach in the future, but for now, we only deliver to locations within the UAE.
